Semester Guidelines for Fall 2023

• Fall 2023 semester will be started from September 4, 2023. It is notified that following SOPs should be followed throughout the semester. 
• ·       No class of the allocated subject should be rescheduled/cancelled without the prior approval of the chairman
• ·       All the lab manuals after conducting the lab should be handed over to the Graduated assistants available in the lab
• ·       All faculty member/TF/GAs should display the office hours outside their office by September 1, 2023. These office hours should be equal to number of contact hours of teaching and must be observed accordingly.
• ·       Faculty is requested to motivate students for reading text books
• ·       Course webpage should be maintained and contents should be updated regularly on the course web page.
• ·       Classroom teaching should consists mix of slides/whiteboard/homeworks/ classroom activities.

·       Activities should be followed according to following schedule.
